Here is a video for you on how to turn off your Kaspersky Internet Security. Kaspersky is the anti-virus recommended. We have been installing it for over four years now. I must say it work really well and very little problems with it. You may be installing a printer, you might have some networking issues, wifi issues, anything like. So it’s a good idea if you are troubleshooting.  Turn it off and see if that you know could be causing an issue. Come down here to the bottom right on your screen and there is a bunch of active icons. Everything here at the bottom right is stuff that’s active. You know taking memory and system resources so you shouldn’t have a ton of stuff.

Everything there should recognize and know what it is and why it’s there. So, in this case, we’re going to see a few there are all opened invisible. But you might have in your case most people the default setting for Windows is just like a little arrow and when you click on it. It opens up a little box and that’s all the icons. To save up space they stay hidden. I don’t like to have mine hidden. If something new pops up or something comes into the computer. Something had auto started I want to just see it right there.

So you have that little arrow, click the arrow a little box will open up and all the icons will show up. So very simple find your Kaspersky icon right chick it and you will have the menu and all you are really doing here is pause protection. You are going to get this menu here, pretty self-explanatory, if you click the pause it is just going to pause indefinitely until you turn it back on and then pause for restart or pause for a specific amount of time you know if you want to pause it for 15 minutes.

So in this case we are just going to pause it, it asks you for confirmation in case a malware or something trying to turn it off. And these are secondary confirmation and that’s pretty much it from there, you know phase your troubleshooting, you may want to restart the computer so that the computer starts fresh with the Kaspersky off and if that’s not the issue just remember to turn it back on if you click on the permanent offsetting. And that’s about it so a quick video on how to turn off your Kaspersky Internet Security. Thanks for watching.
