We are taking a look at a hard drive that this computer was basically getting a Windows warning that the hard drive is bad. I wouldn’t rely on that, I wouldn’t wait on Windows to give you a warning because this is a software that we use to tell you the life on it and it’s that one there, the last one. That Western Digital at zero and this is the condition of that hard drive…basically it is dead and at this point about a week ago is when Windows started to give warnings about it. So one of the things that you want to look at if your computer is getting slow we all jump to conclusions and think it is always malware.
Sometimes it could be a failing hard drive and especially on laptops very common that a failing hard drive could be the cause of your slow computer. So this is a little program called Hard Drive Sentinel here you go, so if you guys want to know what we use for that you can take a look at that – Hard Drive Sentinel. And that would be a good idea also you got some other programs here like the S.M.A.R.T. readings and that will also give you all the detail.
