Windows 8.1 – Chinese edition

Chinese Windows 8.1 repair: Hey everybody, welcome back to PC 911. I want to show you a first for us over here. If you take a look at this here a Windows 8 Dell computer XPS, I7. But what we found differently is this thing is in Chinese. Actually when it came in Windows was crashed. At first we really didn’t think much of it. But once we got into the repair we quickly realized that this was going to be a challenge. But we took it on and maybe we were a little lucky, maybe we were just persistent but as you can see not just like one or two letter here or there, I mean this is solid Chinese.

So what am I trying to tell you? What I’m telling you is that here at PC 911, there’s no computer that we can’t handle…even this one. I thought that we were going to have to throw in the towel but guess what guess what? We are doing updates, it’s backed up, it’s running, we did a backup and we are going to have one happy customer.
